How to Earn "Trained" Status

A leader who completes all the training for their position can proudly wear the "Trained" patch on their uniform. To be trained, a leader must complete all of the courses required of their position and submit the record of trainings to the Caddo Area Council.

What Makes a "Trained" Leader?

Every leader position has multiple steps towards Trained status. Check the tables below to determine which training courses you need to become trained, and click on the training course to learn more about it.

Cub Scout Leaders
