The Caddo Area Council serves ten counties in Southwestern Arkansas and Northeastern Texas. Arkansas Counties are: Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Miller, Nevada, Polk & Sevier. Texas Counties: Bowie and Cass.
